Trying to change someone is a waste of time. The very thought of changing someone is saying that they are not good enough as they are, and it is soaked with judgment and disapproval. That is not a thought of appreciation or love, and those thoughts will only bring separation between you and that person.
You must look for the good in people to have more of it appear. As you look only for the good things in a person, you will be amazed at what your new focus reveals.

要改變別人只是浪費時間。這種要改變別人的念頭是意謂著別人不夠好，而且充滿批評及不喜歡。這不是感謝或愛的想法，這些想法只會帶來你和這個人之間的分離感。

你必須去找出人們的優點，讓它們顯現更多。當你只看人們好的地方，你會對你的新焦點所展現出來的感到訝異。

求人不如求己....改變自己，不要改變別人。

Isn't it great to know that you cannot control your world from the outside? To try and control things on the outside feels impossible because it would take so much work, and in fact it is impossible according to the law of attraction.
To change your world all you have to do is manage your thoughts and feelings on the inside of you, and then your whole world changes.

明白了你無法從外在掌控你的世界不是很棒嗎？從外在去掌控事情讓人感到不可能，因為實在太費力了，而且根據吸引力法則事實上這也是不可能的。

要改變你的世界，你所要做的就是從內在的你去管理你的思想和感覺，然後你整個世界就會改變。
